“ Best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. And this is saying a lot because I’m from NY and have plenty of options. The chai, coffee, and egg sandwiches were delicious. The inviting, chill decor makes you feel like you’re visiting your cool, hip kid living in Brooklyn. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff immediately make you feel welcome. This place is spotless too, including the bathroom. Chris, you did an amazing job updating your shop! Bravo! And Yum! ”
“ Good coffee, quiet and relaxing space, friendly and helpful staff, pleasant customers - this is the kind of coffee house we were looking for in the area and finally found. There's a cozier room upstairs for working in and wifi is available. Flavors are roasted into the coffee beans, so there's no extra sugar. Clean and well-decorated; the bathroom was spotless and had nice hand soap. It's a lovely place to stop in for a break when driving on rt20. ”
“ My daughter and I came in early morning on our way over to a college tour at Wellesley. The vibe is local, mellow, and friendly. The hospitality was impeccable. The chai was delicious, as was the customizability of the lattes. My daughter loved both the bagel and cinnamon roll. I have to celebrate a remarkable moment of humanity I witnessed. Just as we were about to pay, a local woman dropped a 50 on the counter, said "let's pay it forward," and then walked out. On the way out, the barista said, "have a beautiful day!" To which the woman replied, "it already it." When we went to pay, she told us that it was taken care of. The woman dropped the 50 as a random act of kindness. We were blown away, completely in awe, and so grateful. We tried to track the woman down, but she was already in her car. She didn't want praise, recognition, or attention - she just wanted to share a random act of kindness. Thank you! It was such a refreshing, human, and kind moment! ”
“ I came here expecting a date, but instead ran into 3 other men also looking for dates, so I just ran with it. We all hit it off immediately, we ordered our food, they let me give my new friend my egg, and he let me take his sausage, off of his sandwich. The food was phenomenal, but the cherry on top was the server telling us that we reminded her of some obscure TV show called "It's Usually not Cloudy in Philadelphia" or something like that. Anyways, great food, fantastic service, and great place to make new friends. Thank you guys! ”
“ Love, love, love this cafe!!! I woke up with a taste for something different for breakfast. The local drive thru just wouldn't cut it, so my husband and I headed out to Common Ground Cafe. It has such a great vibe and charming atmosphere. After looking over all the choices, my eyes locked on an apple strudel muffin that was calling out my name. We sat in the cafe, soaking up the atmosphere and delighting in our breakfast selections!! It was perfection!!! Highly recommend!!! ”
